  • Prepare Your Return: Once you receive your RMA number, package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds and Exchanges
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
